Bachelorette Party Invitation Wording Ideas

1.) TINDER ALERT

Kara is off the market….

She can delete that profile, and to celebrate this monumental announcement, we must go out and celebrate. She will no longer have to dress up, shave her legs, or care her breath or sit through some over fragranced guy trying to impress her.

We are going to rock this celebration with a Journey concert followed by dinner and drinks.

2.) Hell Has Frozen Over

Kara is getting married!

Two years ago Kara proclaimed she would get not be getting married unless hell froze over!

Well, it is here, she is getting married. A select few of us will celebrate her for being such an awesome friend and finding her prince charming. We are going to celebrate this event in style:

Cabo…..here we come. Girls pack up the bikinis, because the only thing frozen will be the margaritas.

3.) Sister’s Before Mister’s

Our BFF has found the love of her life. We have been through everything together, braces, make-up, bad haircuts, broken hearts, high school drama, driving, concerts, and we survived. We will test the fates again as we gather for an awesome adventurous celebration before Kara ties the knot!

We will be off to Napa, on Friday for the “Wine Tour” followed by a special Comedy Club Show. Saturday the “Chardonnay Cruise off the pier in Monterey, followed by dinner at The Hard Rock Bar and Grill. Sunday we will depart at 10:00 and enjoy a spa day in Santa Cruz, relax for a while at the pool, followed by some entertainment later in the evening “dinner and a show”, wink wink!

How To Write A Bachelorette Party Invitation?

Are you planning a 40th birthday, pirate party, charity event, corporate employee event or maybe a dinner party? Whatever your reason for planning a party or event, you’ll need to identify all of the important details. Once you are past the initial planning stages, all that’s left is finishing the event planning and sending out the invites.

Sending party and event invitations is the best way to communicate to your guest what the event is about or what it is that you are celebrating.

Guidelines for Writing Bachelorette Party Invitations

The following guidelines are the basic questions you need to answer in your Bachelorette Party invitation. This information can be outlined as the who, what, when, where, and why of the party or event.

Use the wording and design of your Bachelorette Party invitation to tell your guests why you are throwing the party. For example, if it’s for a birthday party, make sure to include who it’s for and age they are celebrating.

Provide the name of the host for the party or event.

Tell the recipients what the event is all about and what to expect. This can include the description of your theme, activities, and any special requests of the guests.

State the date and time of your party or event. Always include the day of the week as well. For instance, Sunday April 10th 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Be clear on the location. Give the physical address and if off-site, also include the name of the business and phone number for directions.

1. Announce you are having a Bachelorette Party.
2. Mention for who or what you are having the party or special event for.
3. Personalize your invitations and say it won’t be the same without them.

7. Mention that food and drinks will be provided.
8. Request that everyone RSVP by specific date.
9. Tell them how to RSVP. i.e. phone, email, text message or snail mail.
