Yes. We have samples of the video books shown throughout our website for sale for $100 each. This is intended to show you the leather-bound video book, video quality and functionality and the premium packaging you can expect.

Sample orders ship to any location in the United States free within 48 hours of order confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. All samples are shipped via UPS ground or US Priority mail from Fort Myers, Florida. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

Yes, there is a common micro USB port for charging.

Yes, through the micro USB port you can also upload additional videos to and from the video book.

The video book arrives with a full charge that should remain so, when unopened, for about three months. Once opened, the video can play or repeat for about two hours before requiring further charging.

You can choose from any of the most common payment methods.

Invitations are traditionally mailed to guests between 5-8 weeks prior to an event. We encourage you to place your order 12-14 weeks prior to your event. We can also fast track your order if you find yourself short on time.

Orders are usually ready to ship two weeks after script approval.

Each video book is placed in a premium gift box and then placed into a black shipping box. Just apply your mailing labels and send them off.

Yes, we request your mailing addresses be sent to us in .csv or excel format. We’ll send your invitations to your guests and send you the tracking numbers.

Each invitation costs approximately $14.00 to mail.

A deposit is customary for any product that is being produced in a customized and personalized design.

Since every order is custom made, returns are limited to video books that are faulty or damaged.

If we are still in pre-production or it is during production, you can add additional names to the invitation list for the same cost per invitation as in the agreement.
